Robert Jacobs教授的视频证词，曾是范登堡空军基地负责光学仪器的军官，1964年拍摄到试验弹头在飞行时被飞碟追上并被射中三道光束后翻滚坠落，飞碟在弹头三个角度发射光线后原路飞走，沉默18年后公开后受尽嘲讽和骚扰，长官Mansmann少校后来证实了他的话。

What do you think the implications would be for U.S. citizens if a UFO breached security, or posed a threat, at ANY one of these nuclear facilities? Would our government forces respond to such a threat in a timely manner or would they laughingly brush off reports of Unidentified Flying Objects reported near them?
