The Alien Agenda: Investigating the Extraterrestrial Presence Among Us

📖 Alien Agenda

Award-winning journalist Jim Marrs has uncovered compelling new evidence that alien life forms not only visited our planet in the past but are among us right now. Drawing on a large body of eyewitness testimony, highly classified CIA reports, and his own meticulous research, he assembles an impressive set of facts confirming the reality of unidentified flying objects… and exposing the deep cover-up the U.S. government has mounted to keep the American public in the dark. What follows is information available from no other single source, including fascinating insights into:

  • the 1947 Roswell crash, and the U.S. military’s effort to suppress every public inquiry.
  • detailed records of UFO landing sites in South America and abduction cases inside the United States.
  • vivid descriptions of UFOs in the astronauts’ own words from the Apollo program.
  • tantalizing clues about when the aliens will reveal their plans here.
  • and much, much more!

The book includes 4 pages of incredible photographs.

Amazon review:
Alien Agenda is the thread that leads the reader through the maze of UFO literature to the heart of the UFO controversy. Although Jim Marrs (author of Crossfire—the book that can fairly be called the source of every conspiracy account of the assassination of John F. Kennedy) takes the existence of UFOs as undeniable, he steps boldly into the debate over what UFOs are and why they are here. Marrs’s investigative skill is invaluable as he reexamines questions that have been neglected, left unanswered, or never satisfactorily resolved. — This text refers to an out-of-print or unavailable edition.

Booklist review:
Jim Marrs is best known for Crossfire: The Plot That Killed Kennedy (1989)—Oliver Stone’s film JFK is based in part on that book. Now, in this wide-ranging review of UFO history and government cover-ups, Marrs takes on new mysteries and conspiracies. After describing his own UFO sighting near Jackson, Mississippi, in 1952, Marrs recounts his involvement in other UFO cases as a newspaper reporter and his suspicion that the U.S. government knows far more about aliens than it admits. As the title suggests, the author concludes that UFOs are piloted by extraterrestrial beings of several kinds, with differing motives. Marrs does not take that conclusion for granted. He guides the reader through 50 years of UFO history, including little-known side paths, exits, and dead ends. He draws in a great deal of material from UFO books of the 1960s and 1970s—strange lights on the Moon, Erich von Däniken’s ancient-astronaut theories, cattle mutilations, Nazi flying saucers in Antarctica, the contactees of the 1950s—and updates it credibly with UFO data from the 1980s and 1990s, offering a reasonable overview of abductions, secret underground UFO bases, the MJ-12 group, crop circles, remote viewing, channeling, and related phenomena. How could an event as momentous as contact with aliens be kept secret? In an appendix, Marrs cites the Bilderberg Group and the Council on Foreign Relations as examples of how a small group of powerful individuals can conceal information and manipulate world events. The facts are mostly accurate, and the writing is clear and journalistic. — George Eberhart (this text refers to an out-of-print or unavailable edition)
