Part One (Upper)

Finding clues that explain the “Fall of Man” is difficult. Many versions have some validity, yet they do not hit the essential point—especially given how many versions of the Fall there are, from the story of Adam and Eve to far more complex scenarios. Some channelings and other sources attribute the Fall of Man to Lucifer. In some versions he is an ET visitor from Sirius—a Feminine planet—though he himself carries excessive Masculine traits, inherited from his Orion and masculine-planet parentage (note that physics ultimately identifies electricity as masculine and magnetism as feminine). Excessive masculine energy untempered by magnetic energy leads to individuation with Over-ego development, lacking connection and integration of consciousness. Needless to say, Lucifer’s visit successfully taught Earth’s inhabitants to focus more on the self and disregard higher spiritual power.

Another ET-stated explanation is that our planet, which had been living peacefully with 49 other planets in this Sector of our galaxy, voluntarily slowed its own evolution and development in order to assist a backward race from another planet; without that merciful act, that civilization would have lost its soul (lost connection with Source) as other planets evolved into the Higher Realms. Moreover, an excess of Digressed Beings on planet Earth then led to humanity’s degeneration.

There are also more common forms that have a certain validity regarding humanity’s fall from Grace. For example, the concept of creating discrete entities from a single collective (entities that are still part of Source)—that is, being programmed to exist as individualized individuals. These people would be coded with the motive to explore independence and the possibilities that follow, yet this led to Over-individuation and Ego-development and their consequences. In fact, this also includes the initial intent to introduce a small amount of Negativity (the force that causes separation) into individuals’ relationships, in order to block the natural tendency of discrete consciousness to return to Source—a safer and more comfortable place containing greater awareness of all things—and thus hinder the purpose of exploring individuation. We see that this is indeed a valid account of the Fall of Man, and can represent the overall trend of racial development. But are there still specific examples we should treat more seriously?

According to Guardian Alliance material translated by Anna Hayes, the Luciferian Rebellion occurred in 25,500 BC, using advanced technology to create DNA mutations that produced a “Shadow” self in all life forms on Earth. Although this material is an excellent explanation of the Fall of Man, in the Guardians’ account it is only one of the more severe consequences of humanity’s fall 560 million years ago from Harmonic Universe-2 into HU-1.

We will focus on this fall of humanity, because it is extremely relevant to our situation today. Yet before discussing it, interested readers should first understand that this is not in fact “Original Sin.” According to Guardian material, our Time Matrix (a sector of what we regard as the universe) began 950 billion years ago. Not until 250 billion years ago did the negative factor enter the existence of races. The apparent cause was hybridization among different ET races living in bliss and complete harmony. This is similar to the consequences of human inbreeding. Mutations began to appear; although consciousness is not a product of the brain or genes, it was affected correspondingly/in parallel with their damage. Thus the path of these affected groups to ascend into higher realms was blocked. Conflict, rebellion, and war followed. Rebel groups eventually destroyed Stargate-12 (an energy center), the primary Source in the Kathara Grid Blueprint. This was like a company without a president, resulting in a deficit of primary integrative capacity and leaving a company easily penetrated and degraded. This then even hindered the ascension of beings who had not been affected. Thus the negative factor already existed long before humanity’s fall 560 million years ago.

Now let us give a detailed account of this major degeneration of our civilization (the one 560 million years ago), even though we are dealing with sciences and concepts of life that usually exceed our current understanding, making it hard to convey this to the reader.

This event was a vast catastrophe beside which the sinking of Atlantis counts for little, and beside which the sinking of Atlantis makes the explosion of a thousand atomic bombs insignificant. We must give some space to humanity’s birthplace, the planet named Tara. That is a higher harmonic body to which our Earth is destined to evolve (imagine a vertically connected parallel planet). Planet Tara is in Harmonic Universe-2, while our present Earth is in HU-1.

560 million years ago on Tara, it was decided to create a primary guardian race for this planetary system. This decision was made by the overseers of the Sirian council, who were in HU-2, seeded by the Elohim in HU-3, who themselves were an extension of the Lyran of HU-3. In addition, these advanced races were supervised by the Breneau from HU-5. Thus the agreement to create the race on Tara began the experiment known as Turaneusium.

Turaneusiam was given 12 strands of DNA (covering the frequencies of dimensions 1–12). Planet Tara was in the 4D, 5D, and 6D dimensions and corresponded to the DNA frequencies of the population—this is the usual arrangement (DNA is arranged to have the same frequencies as those from the 1–4 Harmonic Universe systems of our Time Matrix). The Turaneuasim generations lasted 8 million years and were called the First World; eventually evolutionary digression gradually occurred due to ET hybridization and DNA contamination on Tara. As a result, over these 8 million years the race split into two groups, Alanian and Lumarian. The Alanian were more digressed and aggressive, wanting to control the more gentle Lumarian. The Alanian focused on controlling Tara’s core energy. Yet the Lumarian realized they were abusing this energy and risked causing an explosion. The Lumarian appealed to the Sirian council and the Elohim of HU-3, and then moved to a region of the island of Mu called Ur. In addition, certain Alanian who foresaw the danger of a Tara core explosion defected to Mu under the direction of the Templar Solar Initiate who commanded this project.

With the assistance of the Elohim, a genetic upgrade was carried out on Mu, and Turaneusiam’s 12-strand DNA template was restored in the Lumarian and certain Alanian. This race was renamed Ur-Tarranate. The Mu priesthood was a product of the Ur-Tarranate and stood against the Templar Solar Initiate and the Alanian. Scientists and priests on Mu were alert to the possible approaching disaster and made preparations. Among these more advanced higher-dimensional beings, the experience of time is relatively Nonlinear rather than Linear. In a more nonlinear perception, the linear future is more easily known.

A disaster involving such high-dimensional energy would cause civilization to fragment from their collective/soul and planetary levels, and souls would become lost (meaning human beings would lose connection with the higher-dimensional soul collective and beings existing on Tara). Individuals’ individualized consciousness would become trapped in the dimensions, unable to hook into their collective consciousness and Tara’s Morphogenetic Field. For this, a great plan for a rescue mission was designed in advance.

Many races from different Harmonic Universes were involved. Among them were some Pleiadian from HU-2, and the Elohim, Sirian council, and Lyran cooperating with the Breneau of HU-5. They were collectively called Palaidorian, and this agreement was the Palaidor Covenant.

With the help of the Palaidorian races, those Ur-Tarranate who had formerly been called the Turaneusiam Master guardian race, and who had now restored their 12-strand DNA and lived on Mu, time-traveled into possible futures, including fallen Earth. They changed their form, transferring the collective level of the Ur-Tarranate into pure energy, creating a Gestalt of Consciousness that manifested as the Form of a Sphere. This was called the Sphere of Amenti (from one of the names of planet Tara).

The Sphere of Amenti was anchored in the core of future Earth (where the dimensional-field fall of Tara had already occurred). To this end, before the explosion, a Portal from Earth to Tara was created, leading to intact Tara. The Palaidorian also provided similar Spheres of Amenti for other planets in our solar system, but apparently did not provide them for Antiparallel planets.

At Tara’s core, the inevitable destruction occurred. Components of its grid system and morphogenetic field were torn apart. Because of the high dimensions of these frequencies and structures, many inhabitants, including some Ur-Tarranate, lost their connection with their collective, and thereby lost connection with their Higher Soul Level and Tara’s field. Stabilizing the climate alone took about ten thousand years. Those who escaped this disaster hid underground, and many race members among them still remain in these underground cities of Tara. Yet many souls were lost—that is, trapped in the dimensions. Their dimensional and frequency Gradient could no longer return to their former dimensional bands. If they remained trapped in the 4th-dimensional band, having only lost the corresponding higher parts of consciousness, they could evolve by reassembling their higher DNA strands, first on Earth and then on Tara.

About 250 million years passed, during which the fragmented matter and continental blocks from Tara’s core lowered their base morphogenetic fields—that is, lowered their frequency and corresponding dimension. The Third Dimension of Reality exists within our present sun, so that when Tara’s morphogenetic components and fragments “fell” to this level, matter accreted onto the forms of the sun and its orbiting planets. Ultimately all these morphogenetic fields must return to Tara. Otherwise, in Tara’s present state, it cannot evolve to its higher planet Gaia. Earth (including antiparallel Earth) was also formed from this. Note that Tara had long ago successfully evolved from a 3D planet similar to Earth.

The Fall had already occurred; the Sphere of Amenti, placed in Earth’s core beforehand, now rested safely as a portal to intact Tara—in fact to that timeline. At first, certain ET civilizations and animal species were allowed to proliferate on Earth—a planet in the 1D, 2D, and 3D dimensions. (Remember that these are frequency bands, whose meaning differs from the traditional academic interpretation of dimensions as purely spatial rather than qualitative.)

Before the Sphere of Amenti could be used, Earth had to evolve and the grid Speed had to increase. After millions of years during which Earth was filled with races unrelated to the mission of rescuing lost souls, the second phase of the plan began. The Palaidorian group consciousness—now the Sphere of Amenti at Earth’s core, including the Ur-Tarranate (formerly the Master guardian race Turaneusiam)—split into five smaller groups or spheres whose skin colors corresponded to and contained the genetic categories of the lost souls: Brown, Red, White, Yellow, and Black. These are known as the five Cloister races. Their consciousness incarnated into the antiparticle-Earth side, generating races with these appropriate characteristics, so that certain lost souls could chemically merge and connect with their consciousness and evolve back to Tara. In effect, the Palaidorian of the Sphere of Amenti created new bodies for these fragments of lost souls. Thus the Sphere of Amenti is composed of five independent Cloister races, collectively called Palaidorian.

Note that consciousness fusion of this kind between lost souls and incarnated Cloister races is not strange but extremely common; yet Earth humans are unaware of it, and, moreover, our society overemphasizes the discreteness of consciousness. As a simple example, people may be willing to imagine consciousness fusion between twins. When it occurs, neither side feels invaded; both experience wholeness, a single situation.

Now, the physical phenomenon of Oscillation is such that a wave reaches its Opposite in each cycle, like a Mirror Image—from Positive to negative. This likewise gives rise to particles and antiparticles, though these particles can be discrete from one another. This means that even a planet will have its habitable opposite or antiparallel side. This establishes an oscillating wave of energy whose half-wave creates Earth while the opposite half-wave creates antiparallel Earth—these waves are spiral structures called Merkaba. (Be aware that modern physics is still relatively very elementary on this subject.)

Although repairing the races in this way would take a great deal of time, the fastest way was still to enter the portal system through the Sphere of Amenti. There, a portal connected Earth with Tara’s past. With the assistance of the priests of Ur and Mu on Tara, the Cloisters created further portal extensions from Earth to Tara, spanning dimensions 2 through 6. In Time Mechanics, this represents five expanding portals connecting Earth’s future stages, corresponding to the development of DNA dimensions and frequencies (movement toward the future is governed by ascending frequency or dimension).

Then a sixth portal entered the Sphere of Amenti, creating a new time Track for Earth to evolve back to Tara. These were called the Halls of Amenti. The next step was to extract from Tara’s 5D core its morphogenetic field, which supported Tara’s grid system. The purpose was to ensure Tara’s ascension to its higher planet Gaia (7D, 8D, 9D), which in its present state had exploded into Tara. Now this morphogenetic field was distributed among the 3D planets of our solar system, placing portions of it in the cores of all planets, including Earth. This morphogenetic field is called the Blue Flame, an energy portal used to transmute the race’s frequency so it can return to Tara through the Sphere of Amenti. The Blue Flame is also called the Staff of Amenti, the key to humanity’s evolution back to Tara. It is also called the Pearly Gates of Heaven.

To restate the main points: we have seven portals from Earth’s core to Tara. One leads to Tara of 552 million years ago; five portals lead to five different futures of DNA repair from strands 2 through 6, and as time advances lead into the Sphere of Amenti; and there is also a Blue Flame energy portal whose purpose is to transmute the body form into harmony with Tara—and this final Staff of Amenti is the Final Gate after passing through the Halls of Amenti (the other six portals).

The plan was that all five Cloisters would hold an Imprint of 8 of the 1–12 DNA strands, with strand 1 and strands 7–12 held by all of them. The remaining 5 strands were distributed among the 5 Cloisters for rebuilding. For example, the First Cloister holds DNA strands 1, 2, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12. The Second Cloister has DNA strands 1 and 3 plus strands 7–12. Specific Cloisters from the Sphere of Amenti thus provided templates (multidimensional frameworks of fractal consciousness) for lost souls, so they could incarnate and merge with Cloister consciousness and repair DNA strands 2–6 one by one. After this was completed, each race could return to the Sphere of Amenti, pick up DNA from the other four Cloisters in the “Gene Pool,” and return to Tara. All five races would provide the full set of 12 DNA strands. In effect, the Sphere of Amenti functioned as a bridge between intact (repaired) future Tara and intact past Tara, so that Earth would evolve back to Tara and leap across the cataclysm.

The Cloisters (the five smaller spheres) at first had no gender, and earlier they had incarnated into the faster-evolving antiparallel Earth, rescuing many of Tara’s lost souls—we can only imagine that these particular souls were least damaged and in higher frequency bands, and during their 225 million years of evolution did not need gender differentiation. This occurred in the Etheric Spectrum. Yet during this period there were also many failures and digressions, or simply failures to seize the chance of regeneration, while the remaining lost souls were in lower dimensions, with a more urgent need for DNA repair.

Now, as we have implied, the mechanism of the ascension gradient back to Tara is that the Cloister/Palaidorian races supply DNA templates for lost souls. Yet these souls, known as the Root races, must be drawn into the frequencies through incarnational experience. Because each strand has 12 sub-frequencies, the next strand is usually introduced, but as it stands it can also be completed by picking it up from another Root race in the Sphere of Amenti. Each dimension has 12 sub-frequencies—similar to the case with DNA. These souls must rebuild the dimensional frequencies lost on Tara, which are equivalent to DNA, by rebuilding DNA. The dimensions lost on Tara are in 4D, 5D, and 6D. (Tara is a planet in the three-dimensional structure of 4D, 5D, and 6D.) To repair DNA strands 1–12, the following dimensions must be rebuilt: Earth’s 1D, 2D, and 3D and Tara’s 4D, 5D, and 6D, because they have been damaged. Note that Tara originally evolved from 1D, 2D, and 3D, but now these frequencies on Earth must be reorganized and drawn into the Unified Field (the energy reference field of units of consciousness from which all things arise—that is, the base matrix). As noted above, the Cloisters first worked on antiparallel Earth and assisted souls; yet many lost souls remained, and their incarnations on Earth were more digressed.

This era, called the Third World, began 25 million years ago, when the merging of Root races (lost souls) with Cloisters began on Earth. The reorganization of these lost souls required sex chromosomes, which were now supplied by the Cloisters through genderization/polarity of the relevant DNA strands. The first DNA strand corresponding to D1 was split into two parts; 50% of the Cloister races held one half and the other 50% held the other half. This procedure was in fact carried out in the higher-dimensional—lower material density—Gaia world, Tara’s higher counterpart in 7D, 8D, and 9D.

Now, 50% of the First Cloister race has 1/2 of DNA strand 1, plus strands 2, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12; 50% of the Second Cloister race has 1/2 of DNA strand 1, plus strand 3 and strands 7–12, and so on, establishing an imprint for those lost souls who had not successfully ascended back to Tara under the previous arrangement. These two groups (the two genders), formed by the separation of DNA strand 1, were named Root Race 1 and Root Race 2. These are the so-called Polarian and Hyperbornean, seeded on the higher-dimensional planet Tara. But Root Race 1 was seeded on (particle) Gaia, while Root Race 2 was seeded on Gaia’s antiparallel planet (the so-called parallel Gaia or antiparticle Gaia). Thus this occurred at the etheric-matter level, where the planets provided the masculine and feminine foundation.

Here physics becomes extremely complex and troublesome. There are many kinds of “opposites,” even Conjugate ones, with interdependent, reciprocal relationships: particle/antiparticle, positive/negative, masculine/feminine, electric/magnetic… The particle side (particle Earth/Tara/Gaia) has the characteristics of magnetic and feminine energy, while the antiparticle side (antiparticle Earth) has electric and masculine energy. Our particle Earth can possess particles and antiparticles; likewise antiparticle Earth can also possess particles and antiparticles. But the planet itself is either strongly biased masculine or strongly biased feminine.

In short, what we are describing is population polarity: masculine/feminine exists on every planet. That is to say, antiparticle Earth has masculine and feminine, but its polarity is more fundamental (electric/antiparticle Earth/masculine). Thus the masculine Aspect of antiparticle Earth is superimposed upon the population polarity of masculine/feminine. By analogy, antiparallel Earth would have about 10% more masculinity than Earth (effective upon the population polarity—male and female). This may explain why anti-Earth is under the control of the Phantom matrix. We know that excessive masculine energy represents exploration, adventure, action, independent advance, and rapid change; lacking the stabilizing influence of magnetic energy, it will ultimately distort into ego development and conflict. It should also be added that the appearance of this imbalance suppressed antiparallel Earth’s advantage in the higher dimensions (in fact antiparallel Earth is higher than the 1D frequency band). Why were these two planets, Earth and its counterpart antiparallel Earth, not in the same frequency band? Perhaps to allow greater variability in population between Earth and anti-Earth.

Thus Root Race 1 and Root Race 2, that is Polarian and Hyperbornean (both composed of all the Cloisters), established the template for the first DNA strand. Now these Cloister races—Brown, Red, White, Yellow, and Black—as previously described, provided the remaining DNA strands 2–6. When these were obtained, the souls would return to the Sphere of Amenti, restore the remaining DNA strands 7–12, and enter the Cloister (Palaidorian) collective to pick up those DNA strands provided by other Root races. For example, the Brown race, Root Race 3 Lumarian, restored DNA strand 2. Then DNA strand 3 was repaired by the Red race from the Second Cloister race, that is Alanian Root Race 4. These two Root races (the second and third〖translator’s note: suspecting an error in the original here; it should be the third and fourth〗) were the main products of the Turaneusiam experiment, in which the Alanian under the Templar Solar Initiate destroyed much of Tara, causing the Fall of Man. Now these two races lived peacefully on Earth from 25 million to 5.5 million years ago, with advanced cultures. Many souls ascended; they retained complete DNA, returned through the Halls of Amenti via the Sphere of Amenti, picked up the remaining DNA there from the Palaidorian collective (all the Cloisters), and returned to Tara.

This process continued as other Cloister races further manifested as Root races to assemble DNA strands 4–6, but by this time, as noted above, many souls had already ascended, holding these DNA strands complete. Yet although each incarnation could originally have lived through the entire process in only one body, many members had digressed and had to reincarnate several times before completing the necessary DNA assembly and returning to Tara. For example, the Third Root Race had to reincarnate into the Fourth Root Race.

As lost souls returned to Tara, the portions of Tara’s morphogenetic field that had fallen onto the solar system’s planets also gradually returned. This process proceeded in parallel on other planets as well, but incarnation onto other planets did not occur on the physical level. Thus Earth was the primary vehicle of this rescue mission.

In final summary: after the Turaneusiam First World lasting 8 million years, the Fall of Tara occurred. The Sphere of Amenti was established, then the Halls of Amenti and the Staff of Amenti. Then the Sphere of Amenti was divided into five Cloister races, followed by the Second World lasting 225 million years, during which the Cloisters successfully rescued many lost souls back to Tara. This occurred on the etheric level of antiparticle Earth; they did not need to incarnate into physical bodies. The Third World was from 25 million to 5 million years ago; after Root Race 1 and Root Race 2, Polarian and Hyperbornean, were established and set DNA strand 1 (carried out on planet Gai〖embarrassed—originally thought this was a misspelling of Gaia, but seeing the Part Two illustration, better not to “correct” it arbitrarily〗), it involved physical incarnation onto Earth, then Root Race 3 and Root Race 4, Lumarian and Alanian—later known on Earth as Lemurian and Atlantian—reassembled DNA strands 2 and 3.

This was the First Seeding of the human race, ending with the Electric Wars, after which a Second Seeding was planned. And as we will see, the Third Seeding continues to this day.

Part Two (Upper)

First, a summary of Part One: the five Halls of Amenti (future-time) portals open in corresponding eras into dimensions 2–6, enabling lost souls through their Cloister races to reassemble their specific DNA strands (one of strands 2–6), then pick up DNA strands 7–12 from their Cloister race, and then via the Palaidorian collective pick up the remaining DNA strands provided by other Root races. Having regained the complete 12 DNA strands, they could transmute through the Blue Flame Transduction portal into lower-density bodies and ascend back to Tara (higher-dimensional parallel Earth), completing the entire process in one (long) lifetime. This would also repair Tara’s 3D morphogenetic field and return it to the higher dimensions. (Note that ascension proceeds through accelerated frequency growth, which is also equivalent to ascending into a future state.)

The lost souls referred to here are fragmented. Certain dimensional bands are missing from their inner dimensional Configuration. They cannot connect with their higher-dimensional soul level, collective, or Source. Those missing frequency bands must be filled. Because the cosmic dimensional structure is reflected in human DNA, if those lost souls are supplied with a template (framework), they can obtain from the Unified Field the frequencies corresponding to that template or DNA imprint; then through experiential frequency acceleration, DNA can be reassembled so that those lost souls can evolve back into their soul matrix. The Palaidorian were in effect providing bodies and morphogenetic blueprints for these formless fragments of lost-soul consciousness.

The First Seeding (Third World) occurred 25 million years ago; 5 million years ago in the Lemurian and Atlantean era the Electric Wars occurred, after which the Lemurian and Atlantean Seal/Mutation was inserted. The First Racial Seeding conducted to rescue lost souls from Tara had been operating successfully until ET hybridization led to genetic digression. As a result, if Earth race members returned to Tara they might contaminate the Tara race; this concern was taken very seriously by the Sirian-Anunnaki from Harmonic Universe-2 (HU-2) and other beings from higher realms. This occurred about 5 million years ago. They decided to stop evolution on Earth in order to preserve the ascension of Turaneusiam on Tara, fearing Tara would subsequently be contaminated. Earth had already degenerated; they had to preserve Tara.

Ordinarily a race’s own frequency determines its spiritual orientation (level) and dimension; in a normal evolutionary process this poses no problem. Yet, as previously mentioned, the planetary system had been fitted with a specific Access Mode—the Halls of Amenti portals—to make evolution easier and accelerable, and this created the danger of possibly receiving incompatible frequencies.

[Note that the usual Clearance Level of access is 5D, though in the most recent Stella (Ascension) Activation Cycle—SAC of 208,216 BC, because a damage required it to be terminated, the D12 stargate (blueprint energy center) was blocked, allowing only 2.5D frequencies to be received.]〖Sensing that the explanation of the principle here is still not clear enough; may need to revise later with reference to what follows.〗

Nevertheless, the Elohim and Palaidorian still rejected the proposal to terminate continuation of the Turaneusiam experiment and the rescue of lost souls. Thus the opposing races or rebel groups resorted to force, intending to take over the Halls of Amenti portals.

Fighting ensued in which much advanced technology was used, lasting about 900 years—this is what is called the Electric Wars. It occurred in Earth’s atmosphere, causing the death of digressed Earth races and many animal species. Others either fled to Tara or, under Elohim intervention, emigrated to other planets. Earth was on the verge of complete destruction when the Breneau from HU-5 intervened.

The Breneau introduced a treaty; in it a compromise was made: aside from return through death, reincarnation, and DNA development, the rescue mission was not permitted to return to Tara by accelerated morphosis through the Halls of Amenti portals.

Now, the genetic digression mutations resulting from ET hybridization existed in DNA strands 2 and 3 of the Third and Fourth Root Races—that is, in the DNA that Lumarian and Alanian were each supposed to reassemble. The plan was to place a seal between DNA strands 2–3 and the Sphere of Amenti, achieved by removing the electric Overtone from these DNA strands and leaving only the magnetic Base Tone. Ordinary Root races, such as the 3rd and 4th, hold a genetic template and accelerate frequency through experience—that is, bring in overtones from the corresponding Cloister—but for these 3rd and 4th Root races, the 2nd and 3rd overtones had already been removed from the Cloisters. They could still evolve into their Cloisters within the Sphere of Amenti and pick up DNA strands 7–12, but could not pick up DNA strands 4–6 from the Palaidorian collective (all 5 Cloisters) also within the Sphere of Amenti. This was called the Seal of Amenti. This in turn protected DNA strands 7–12 from being accessed (activated), meaning particles (the magnetic portion of the spiral vortex) could not merge with their antiparticles (the electric portion), preventing further reassembly and activation of DNA strands 7–12. This also meant that the reassembly and natural fusion process of DNA strands 3 and 4 (corresponding to the 3rd and 4th dimensions) could not occur. That is, for example, DNA strand 3 lacking its electric overtone could not fuse with the higher-dimensional DNA strand 4 (which is the natural process in DNA development). This era lasted until 5.5 million years ago.

More than 4,000 years passed; as a result of the Electric Wars, Earth could no longer sustain life, and because of damage to the grid and portal systems it underwent several climate changes and mild pole shifts. Eventually, when Earth re-entered a stable era, ET visitors reseeded animal life forms. Yet a subsequent pole correction caused an ice age that destroyed surface life. During this period Earth’s grid frequency dropped rapidly; as a result, if the high-frequency Sphere of Amenti had remained in Earth’s core, Earth would have exploded.

To solve this problem, the Elohim moved the Sphere of Amenti in HU-2 deep space into its natural 4D frequency band (this is the inner space of the astral body). It was now no longer in Earth’s 2D core, which could be entered from the 2–3 dimensional bands (the corresponding races holding DNA strands 2 and 3). This removal spontaneously caused a further 4D block in DNA-strand development, so that the 3rd and 4th Root Races (corresponding to DNA strands 2 and 3) could not reassemble DNA strand 4.

This was a disaster, meaning those races would be trapped in time, isolated from their future and collective, because they lacked a component of the dimensional gradient—namely the Form-holding of the D4 morphogenetic field. With this blockage in the Root races’ completion of their DNA, they could not enter the Palaidor collective through the Sphere of Amenti to pick up the remaining DNA strands. Thus this 4D block was called the Palaidor Seal.

The Seal of Amenti, this “safety” measure, prevented Tara from being contaminated, while the Palaidor Seal now intensified the isolation between the physical body and the astral-body field—missing frequency bands in the Aura. And this is the situation of most people today: the dualistic opposition between body and consciousness—a lack of natural perception of the relationship between the two. Humanity is trapped in the physical body. And that body, without specific DNA-strand development, faces death.

This now created the necessity of reincarnating from one Root race into another—rather than completing the entire process in one body and then picking up the remaining DNA strands from other Root-race collectives. Thus the 3rd and 4th Root Races, Lumarian and Alanian, after each had established DNA strands 2 and 3, could not pick up DNA strands 4, 5, and 6 from the collective (they still had the full DNA strands 7–12 endowed by the Sphere of Amenti), and had to regenerate by accelerating their frequency through experience in order to ascend. Furthermore, they had to wait until the 5th Root Race, the so-called Aeiran Root Race, was introduced. In this way reassembly of DNA strand 4 was completed within the 5th Root Race, which then enabled other members of the 5th Root Race to continue DNA reassembly; because the 5th Root Race provided DNA strand 4, they could go out into deep space and reach the Sphere of Amenti in 4D.

Before we shift the topic from the 2nd Seeding to the 3rd Seeding continuing to the present, many key details still need to be added, but for now we continue to focus on the Root races and expectations for their future.

At the end of Part Three we touched on the genetic degeneration of the Templar Melchizedeks relative to their original group, the Cloister Melchizedeks. The Templar Melchizedeks and Cloisters, about 65,000 years ago, before the sinking of the Atlantean continent, withdrew into the Inner Earth underground—an independent dimensional modulation zone recently called Agartha (first Ar-Retoth, then Agratath).

The Melchizedeks created a Presthood that later became the guardians of the Blue Flame portal ascension pathway, but under the influence of Sirian-Anunnaki culture developed gender bias—which was one of the factors that led to the Tara cataclysm. Yet certain Melchizedeks were able to associate with the matriarchal priesthood from Mu (a small continent on Tara), thereby achieving balance and practicing the sacred Scared Law of One, the teaching of the original Cloister Melchizedeks. As a result, the Palaidorian Council transferred guardianship of the Blue Flame portal to the balanced Cloister Melchizedeks.

At the 6th Melchizedek Cloister (within the Sphere of Amenti, which by then had returned to Earth’s core), more careful and strict measures were taken to avoid genetic deviation, adding two extra seals (Templar Seals), because here was the original source of the mutation, and descendants of the Templar Melchizedeks also carried these seals. The first, added about 10,000 years ago, was a 6-dimensional seal in the Sphere of Amenti. The second was a 7D seal placed on Templar Melchizedek descendants (3,500 years ago); these descendants infiltrated Egyptian culture and violated the Palaidor Covenant, opening Earth’s D2 portal intending to achieve ascension through D1 and D2, yet in doing so allowed chaotic soul fragments to reach Tara via the soul body, causing a serious incident.

Anyone holding the Templar-Axion seal cannot ascend through the Sphere of Amenti unless, after a period of time, as the 6th Root Race rather than the 7th Root Race. This seal ensures enough reincarnations on Earth to make amends for their errors (clear karma). The Templar-Axion seal became a curse in the human bloodline. Assistance from higher councils can purify this genetic distortion in humanity that is obtained only through heredity.

The Templar-Axion seal was created along with other distortions: polarization of the astral-body identity into higher and lower dimensions (called in some religious doctrines the “Evil Twin” or “Dweller on the Threshold”). Through the 6th Root Race a long path to Tara is possible, but because there is now a 7D Templar-Axion seal, they cannot evolve into the 7th Root Race to attain the Immortal Body.

This genetic configuration of the Templar-Axion seal is the so-called Satan ” 666″ seal. The 6th base tones of DNA strands 1, 5, and 6 were removed. This was carried out in other star systems; the Pleiades, Arcturus, and Andromeda have jurisdiction over the Templar-Axion seal. By incarnating into other star systems they can learn the Law of One and eventually reach Tara. Yet because the merger of Earth and Tara will occur within a few generations, this group’s “Route” is nearly complete. “666” became part of the human genetic code; the concept of “Judgement Day” comes from those souls who were given the Templar-Axion seal, souls “assessed” by the Ra Confederacy. If they pass, they will clear this imprint and be reborn in the 6th and 7th Root Races on Tara.

Many people today have part or all of the Templar-Axion seal and will be assessed by the Ra Confederacy after death. Others, while still alive in the physical body, can cooperate with the Guardians according to Spiritual Principles and may, before death, remove the seal in the present ascension process, enabling the body to morph and reach Tara through the Blue Flame portal. Between lives, ordinary humans will return and merge with their soul level; the soul is aware of the ascension process, and the next life experience will be the best choice for the individual.

It would be helpful for humans to know before death whether they have been given the Templar-Axion seal, so they know whether to choose to work with the Guardians and Ascension Masters to remove the seal, or must be assessed by the Ra Confederacy after death. The DNA imprint is also carried after death. Yet most humans have the potential to repair DNA strand 4, connect with the astral-body identity, and obtain understanding and confirmation from the soul level of consciousness (the higher fragments).

In the Ascension Cycle, the 7th Root Race will appear on Tara. This represents the Fifth World of Native American legend. Evolution is not only about the physical form of the body. It is first the ascension of forms of consciousness from simple to complex. Consciousness is energy with a spectrum, and it functions like an antenna on a roof: it can only “perceive” the “reality” or band to which it has been modulated (created).

Earth’s evolution is closely related to planet Tara (in the next higher 4D-to-6D spectrum), from which the material that formed Earth came. Fragmented particles, as well as particles and antiparticles, must merge to carry out this ascension process. Today’s physics tells us that when a particle and antiparticle meet—for example, an electron and a positron—they disappear in a flash of light (“Pair Production”), but they will morph into a new individual. In the ascension process, the magnetic base tone (particle) and electric overtone (antiparticle) fuse in resonance, creating quantum Regeneration. This new higher-dimensional frequency state comes from the Unified Field, from which high-frequency particles and antiparticles corresponding to the next higher dimensional band manifest. Ascension levels are related to polarity within system polarity—see the article on the Cosmic Map.

The 6th Root Race is just beginning now. This prophesies the 5th World. Then the 7th Root Race will end humanity’s initial stage, bringing back the complete 12 DNA strands and the Immortal Body free of disease and death.

We have pushed time into the future for a brief glimpse of the purpose, direction, and hope of the human race in the Root races’ mission of rescuing souls lost in the Tara cataclysm. Many other interesting events are included here; yet let us continue with the reseeding plan of Sirius B and introduce the 3rd Seeding.

To restate the main points: we explained that about 4 million years ago, construction of a portal bridge enabled the evolutionary process to continue, linking Sirius B with Earth so that stranded Root races could continue their path back to Tara. Through this step the Alanian incarnated about 2.5 million years ago, and the 5th Root Race incarnated about 1.275 million years ago. The 2nd Seeding has now developed into the 3rd Seeding.

Continuing from the 2nd Seeding, the 5th Root Race was entrusted with hopes of successfully completing the plan, because they possessed a frequency lattice of the 4th dimension. Through selecting families of Root Race 5, the Elohim assisted the return of the Sphere of Amenti to Earth’s core (so the Palaidor Seal could be removed); Root Race 5, uncontaminated by hybrid blood, had part of their energy transplanted into the Elohim morphogenetic field to accelerate their evolution and return to Tara. The idea was that their high frequency would raise Earth’s grid frequency so it could be compatible with the Sphere of Amenti.

About 1 million years ago, the Drakon race from the HU-1 Orion galaxy arrived on Earth and became a threat to the human race. They were a group digressed from their HU-3 original Source, dragon-like in appearance but walking upright. They were genetics experts who tampered with human DNA and deliberately created a human–Drakon hybrid now known as the Dracos. The Dracos look more like lizards—more human-like than the Drakon—but still retain the Drakon’s aggressiveness.

In addition, by mutating the imprint of the original herbivorous dinosaurs (earlier designed by other ET races), the Drakon created carnivorous dinosaurs such as the T-Rex. These terrifying carnivorous dinosaurs also contained the Drakon’s aggressive genes and were used as tools to monitor the human race (because of DNA similarity, the Drakon could fuse their consciousness with the dinosaurs for expanded observation and control). Note that at this time the Phalzant, combining Drakon genes with Earth animal genes, was also created. Because of the invading Drakon’s tyrannical rule, the more advanced human races on the Atlantean continent, with the assistance of Sirius A Anunnaki visitors, formed a plan to end the Drakon threat. They intended to use the power of Earth’s grid, but things went wrong, triggering severe climate change that led to a small-scale global ice age. In any case, under these conditions the Drakon left Earth. Humans withdrew underground, were permitted into Inner Earth, and eventually returned to the surface, but the mutations caused by the Drakon remained in the human race.

The human race had digressed further; host-matrix transplants were applied in an attempt to calibrate human genetic development, and ET visitors also intervened in due course, creating primitive humans and certain ape species.

Lamanian (Lumarian) and Atlanian (Alanian) again became enemies of each other. About 950,000 years ago, Anunnaki visitors influenced humans—especially the Atlanian—further distorting the Law of One, making people believe women were merely subordinate reproductive tools, and regarding the Anunnaki as the gods of the human race.

Thus came the Nephilim, hybrids of humans and Anunnaki. These Nephilim, stronger in spiritual power than humans, held a dominant position and brought an advanced materialist instrumentalist culture to Earth. Human DNA was further distorted, creating various Animal-Human types. Eventually the Elohim and the Ra Confederacy removed the Nephilim mutations from human DNA. Extreme means were used, including cutting the link between biological DNA strands and higher-dimensional electromagnetic DNA strands, leaving only so-called “junk” DNA regions—but humans can now rebuild and rearrange these DNA. (Note that the Luciferian Rebellion of 25,500 BC likewise created much “junk” DNA.)

Many more complex transplants occurred, but eventually the Sphere of Amenti was able to return to Earth about 900,000 years ago. Yet the Anunnaki resented Elohim interference with their Nephilim, planned to destroy the Sphere of Amenti, and to use the human race as gold-mining slaves. As a result, about 850,000 years ago the Thousand Years’ War broke out between the Elohim and the Anunnaki. The Breneau of HU-5 intervened and reached an agreement between the Elohim and Anunnaki (the Treaty of El-Anu), whereby the Anunnaki agreed to assist in the 3rd Seeding of the human race, but the Nephilim had to be removed from Earth and evolve in other systems. Yet a minority of Anunnaki still opposed this agreement and established the Anunnaki Resistance, which the Drakon also supported and joined. The Ra Confederacy and other higher-dimensional beings petitioned for peace and decided that the Templar-Axion seals (“666” genetic configuration) that had been added to the Resistance groups could be removed early. The Thousand Years’ War ended, but the entire evolutionary period of the 2nd Seeding was filled with prolonged conflict.

As we mentioned above, the Anunnaki wanted to use humans as gold-mining slaves. At that time the Anunnaki used white powder of gold in their atmosphere. This by-product of the precious metal gold could elevate their DNA (but ultimately caused further mutation and madness)—see the article “Neanderthals and the Illuminati,” which mentions that Neanderthals were created by the Anunnaki, and that the DNA template that ultimately manifested combined ET and human genes, and that this is the origin of the Illuminati.
