Phil Schneider
Phil Schneider is an engineer, a pipeline architect, and a geologist. In 1979 the U.S. government sent him to the Dulce underground base in New Mexico on a drilling assignment. When the crew had drilled to a certain depth, they could not drill any farther, and even the drilling equipment began to fail. Phil and the other workers then decided to go down and see what was wrong. They found underground extraterrestrials and fought them. Phil Schneider was the first person on the internet to disclose the Dulce war. After he went public, he was murdered at home in January 1991.
