March 3, 1915: NASA’s predecessor, the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics (NACA), was established.
1916: NACA established Langley Field in Langley, Virginia.
1917: NACA’s Langley Research Center was founded—an important wind-tunnel testing site.
1918: the U.S. School of Aerial Photography was established at Langley Air Force Base.
1932: Nikola Tesla believed life existed on Mars.
“Others may find this idea of mine foolish, or treat it as a laughable joke—that one might converse with neighbors living in distant outer space, such as Martians.
I have had this deep feeling ever since I first discovered this noise in my laboratory in Colorado Springs. At the time, apart from my laboratory, which could send signals over a radius of several miles, nowhere in the vicinity could have been emitting radio waves.
Moreover, the waves I sent were transmitted under ideal conditions; I knew very clearly what signals I was emitting. So the characteristics of these recorded noises were unlikely to have come from Earth itself, and I had already ruled out interference from the Sun, the Moon, and Venus.
As I mentioned earlier, this signal consisted of a series of repeating, regular values, which led me to believe it must have been sent from Mars, the planet nearest Earth. When I saw this information, I immediately thought of NASA’s archives, which also mention strange messages from outer space, as described above.” (Possibly the earliest received pulsar signal; NACA was also researching this area at the time)
1939: Wilhelm Reich announced his discovery of orgone energy (a natural force unique to life and sexuality)—a precursor to the Kirlian camera.
January 1943: Nikola Tesla died in room 3327 of the New Yorker Hotel in New York.
That same year, the Department of Energy’s Los Alamos National Laboratory was established in New Mexico, codenamed Site “Y”; its first mission was the Manhattan Project. The first director was Oppenheimer, also chief scientist of the Manhattan Project. Of the more than 100,000 participants, only 12 people knew the full plan—an important origin of what later became Majestic 12. This 12-person management team consisted of coordinators, funding intermediaries, military personnel, and scientists.
1944: the military obtained management authority over Area 51 from the Department of Energy. That same year, the U.S. Air Force established a scientific advisory group.
July 16, 1945: Earth’s first atomic bomb exploded in New Mexico, USA. This marked the beginning of humanity’s weaponization of atomic energy; humanity’s impact on life and ecology was about to extend beyond Earth. To this day, nuclear missile silos worldwide have been frequently shut down by unknown activity, and ballistic missile test launches have been shot down.
September 20, 1945: Wernher von Braun arrived in the United States.
1946: the Atomic Energy Act was signed; the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission was established at Area 51, headed by Oppenheimer, who was of Jewish descent. The U.S. Air Force Scientific Advisory Board was established.
1947: Wilhelm Reich handed a weather-control device, the Cloud Buster, to the U.S. government (a precursor to HAARP).
July 9, 1947: the “Roswell Incident.” The U.S. Air Force initially announced that wreckage of a crashed flying saucer had appeared near the New Mexico desert, but the next day changed its story, calling the object a weather balloon. (It is clear that at the time the U.S. government had no written system for controlling UFO information.)
July 26, 1947: Congress passed the National Security Act of 1947; the War Department was reorganized into the Department of Defense; the National Security Council was established; and the OSS was reorganized into the CIA under NSC authority. (CIA spending was not subject to oversight.)
“Act 5410 provided a buffer for establishing alien secrecy, secret bases, and reverse-engineering research programs (black projects).” Majestic 12 was secretly founded; its first mission was secrecy, its second research.
1947: the U.S. Air Force established Air Force Intelligence; at Wright-Patterson’s Air Technical Intelligence Center it launched Project Sign, beginning to receive and analyze UFO sighting reports from around the country—the UFO era began.
1948: the U.S. Air Force Office of Special Investigations was established as the Air Force’s professional investigative body; the “Special Investigations Squadron” was formed after 1949.
1948: Langley Field was renamed Langley Air Force Base.
Green fireball detectors began appearing at nuclear sites across the United States; research suggested aliens had begun systematically detecting nuclear radiation.
The Air Technical Intelligence Center was upgraded to the National Air Intelligence Center; Project Sign was changed to Project Grudge and shut down a year later—because studying UFO sighting reports proved useless.
Edward J. Ruppelt headed the project and was pushed out two years later. (On September 15, 1960, Ruppelt died of a heart attack at age 37.)
December 1948: Project Sign became Project Grudge—the predecessor of Project Blue Book.
March 22, 1950: a memo from FBI Washington Field Office agent Guy Hottel to the Director noted that at least three alien beings were at the “Green House” (later the S4 facility). (Collected in Japan in 1994; declassified by the FBI in 2011.)http://vault.fbi.gov）。
Besides stating that the crashed saucers were three rather than the one of popular rumor, and that there were nine alien bodies, it also recorded witnesses’ belief that the crashes were caused by U.S. radar equipment in the area that “interfered with the saucers, causing the crashes.” (Nikola Tesla: gravity gates)
1951: the Air Force’s Project Blue Book began—used to mislead the public; materials were provided by Fort Belvoir, Maryland. (The files were declassified on January 14, 2015.)
The project’s first director was Captain Edward J. Ruppelt. Under his orders, a standard UFO report format was developed. He was also the person who formally coined the term “UFO” (literally “unidentified flying object”), replacing the inaccurate and suggestive term “flying saucer” then in use.
After retiring, he wrote The Report on Unidentified Flying Objects, describing U.S. Air Force investigations of UFOs from 1947 to 1955.
Captain Edward J. Ruppelt was deeply confused by the Air Force’s chaotic guidance on sighting-report talking points. (In fact he could hardly have failed to understand—the Air Force itself was being misled.)
1951: that same year, the S4 facility was established (codename: far side of the Moon), and the Red Light Project was launched—i.e., reverse engineering of unidentified flying objects.
The first hangar was built at S4 to store the Roswell crash craft, and underground facilities were constructed to care for surviving extraterrestrial visitors, funded by Naval Intelligence and managed by the U.S. Atomic Energy agency; early leadership was Oppenheimer, later leadership likely Edward Teller, “father of the hydrogen bomb,” of Jewish descent.
Around the same time, the Nevada Proving Grounds were established; Area 51 hangars began to expand; jurisdiction over Area 51 gradually shifted to the military-industrial complex (mainly Lockheed Martin); and preparation began at nearby Edwards Air Force Base to train special pilots.
In this period, the U.S. Air Force began to be excluded from the highest secrets and was used as a shield between the authorities and the public.
1952: the National Security Agency (NSA) was established; an executive order signed by President Truman exempted the NSA from all legal liability unless those laws specifically named the NSA.
1953: five-star General Eisenhower took office. (From the start of his term, he began to give MJ-12 free rein.)
1954: the Rockefeller Committee used the president’s trust (orders) to transfer supervisory authority over the CIA’s and Defense Committee’s ultra-secret national programs to military-industrial firms and aerospace contractors; in this period most CIA departments were also outside the core. The coordinating body was Majestic-12 (the military-industrial complex).
From 1954 on, France’s national space agency began recording UFO sightings.
1954: to divert public attention from UFOs, the U.S. government devised Project Snowbird—developing disc-shaped craft with conventional technology and then showing them to the public.
1955: U-2 aircraft testing.
1956: dissatisfied with Air Force investigations, the public founded NICAP, created by renowned ufologist Donald E. Keyhoe—a famous U.S. civilian UFO research organization. (What aerial anomalies were there at the time?)
July 29, 1958: President Eisenhower signed United States Public Law 85-568 (the National Aeronautics and Space Act), creating NASA.
The National Aeronautics and Space Act stated that NASA, as a government agency, could use “national security” as a pretext for secrecy.
October 1, 1958: Eisenhower formally terminated the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics and announced the establishment of NASA on its foundation.
Autumn–winter 1958: Eisenhower and Nixon tried to learn about MJ’s progress at Area 51 and S4; after being told they had no jurisdiction, they summoned the CIA’s Eastern Division chief to convey the president’s dissatisfaction—if command was not accepted, the president would send the U.S. Army’s First Army unit from Colorado to forcibly seize management. After receiving orders, the CIA went to S4 Hangar One, saw the crashed Roswell craft and two deceased aliens, and watched autopsy footage. Later, the CIA chief met with an alien (a Grey). Soon afterward, the CIA brought Lockheed Martin’s head back to report to Eisenhower, Nixon, and Hoover on aliens and black projects; after hearing this, the president was deeply worried and believed it must remain secret. Before that autumn, the CIA did not yet know of the Area 51 U-2/Oxcart program’s existence (here the witness likely means the predecessor of the SR-71).
1959: NASA commissioned the Brookings Institution to produce a report titled Proposed Studies on the Implications of Peaceful Space Activities for Human Affairs. It was later entered into the Congressional Record. (The report discussed whether new discoveries from potential space exploration should be made known to the public.)
October 7, 1959: the Soviet spacecraft Luna 3 took the first photograph of the far side of the Moon.
1960: NASA tested wind tunnels up to Mach 20.
September 7, 1960: Area 51 began extending the runway for A-12 testing, under CIA control and management.
1960: a UFO crashed in Norway.
January 17, 1961: U.S. PresidentEisenhoweradmitted in his famous farewell address that the military-industrial complex was no longer under his control.
February 2, 1961, early morning: World War III was on the brink of erupting. A large swarm of circular metallic craft appeared in the skies over the NATO–Soviet border and became involved in the course of events.
They were clearly under intelligent control, flying in orderly formation.
They seemed to appear from the Soviet region, fly over Warsaw Pact member areas, then toward Western theaters of war—maintaining high altitude and high speed while keeping neat formation. Then they turned toward Britain, the English Channel along the south coast; finally, over a Norwegian city, their signals vanished from NATO radar.
1961: British Air Marshal Thomas Pike formed the first NATO joint UFO investigation group.
February 2, 1961: after the above incident, British Air Marshal Thomas Pike (former Deputy Supreme Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR), deputy to four-star U.S. Army General Lyman Lemnitzer) said: “I’ve had enough—these craft keep appearing again and again. We must find out what is going on. I want to know.”
So he began this investigation early and single-handedly built the investigation center.
Those were also the final three years (1961–1964) of the research. They publicly released and published research materials, and terminated the investigation mission in 1964.
April 30, 1962: official test flight of the A-12 “Oxcart,” predecessor of the SR-71.
1963: the United States, Britain, and the Soviet Union signed the Treaty Banning Nuclear Weapon Tests in the Atmosphere, in Outer Space and Under Water, but France and China refused to sign.
November 22, 1963: President Kennedy was assassinated; by 1993, related whistleblowers suspected of leaks and assassinated by intelligence agencies numbered 115. For a long time afterward, public officials in all walks of life were extremely cautious about leaks.
1964: the NATO UFO investigation group produced an assessment report “evaluating the possible degree of threat to Allied Forces Europe…”
The investigation included whether a potential military threat to Allied Forces Europe existed; the conclusion was clearly “it does not.”
Their research concluded: Earth has continually been studied and observed by some power—for hundreds or even thousands of years.
In their 1964 concluding report they stated that at least four different extraterrestrial organizations have come to Earth to observe, study, and analyze us, fully monitoring our every move.
These organizations do not seem to aim at intervening in our military activities, because events again and again show they possess unimaginably advanced technology; if they harbored hostility or malicious intent, we would be utterly powerless to resist. If they were an evil force hostile to us, everything should have ended long ago.
So the conclusion was: four different extraterrestrial organizations are involved; they have been on Earth a long time; they are clearly not malicious hostile forces.
1965, mid-year: NASA already had some photos of building-like structures on the far side of the Moon.
August 1966: UFOs visited Minot Air Force Base missile silos in North Dakota.
1967: Minuteman ICBMs at Oscar Air Force Base in the U.S. were shut down by UFOs; Echo Base likewise. And radioactivity was removed!
1967: by this time NASA already had systematic procedures for altering and destroying images.
April 1968: the Club of Rome was founded—the world’s first overt joint think tank, researching “the predicament of mankind,” i.e., “futurology.”
1968: the Houston Space Center captured a lunar-surface UFO event.
October 11, 1968: the Apollo 3 crewed mission; from then on, for a long period, NASA controlled all star-field photos, planetary photos, and film.
July 21, 1969: the Moon landing and installation of the Passive Seismic Experiment (PSE), used to collect how seismic waves pass through the lunar interior. (Most photos and film from the landing process were “lost.”)
November 14, 1969: Apollo 12 confirmed the hollow state of the lunar interior.
August 7, 1971: Apollo 15 photographed a spacecraft on the Moon.

November 13, 1971: Mariner 9, which became Mars’s first artificial satellite, photographed Mars’s surface; people also found pyramid-like building complexes in the Elysium region and city ruins with very square geometric layouts near the south pole

January 1977: President Carter asked CIA Director George H. W. Bush to turn over all U.S. UFO research information to Congress and was refused. Later, under the House Committee on Science and Technology, the topic of alien–human relations was given to the Congressional Research Service’s Science and Technology Division; CRS once applied through U.S. Jesuit headquarters to access the Vatican’s alien archives and failed.
May 1977: U.S. Catholic headquarters obtained part of the Project Blue Book materials through legal counsel, then instructed 54 denominations under the National Council of Churches to study what they had previously opposed.
May 1, 1977: the French government announced the creation of the Groupe d’Étude des Phénomènes Aérospatiaux Non-identifiés (GEPAN), headed by Poher; Green was also a team member.
June 20, 1977: a British TV program aired The Alternative 3.
From 1980 on, U.S. nuclear weapons placed at NATO bases in Britain were systematically illuminated by beams from UFOs.
January 9, 1981: the Provence, France UFO landing incident. (Aliens collecting Earth species.)
From 1984 on, Ireland’s Department of Defence no longer filed UFO sightings as classified archives.
November 13, 1986: the FAA obtained the first radar video of a UFO crash.
1988: Dr. R.S. Harrington, head of the U.S. Naval Observatory, published a paper on research into a tenth major planet in the solar system (Planet X).
The 2012 conspiracy theories began from this.
November 1989: Bob Lazar was pushed to give interviews and disclosed some of the highest UFO secrets—also the first time the outside world heard of the S4 facility’s secrets.
August 30, 1990: Zecharia Sitchin interviewed Dr. Robert Harrington.
March 1991: “conspiracy theory” cult figure, spiritual-awakening advocate, and Briton David Icke held a press conference announcing he would devote himself to inspiring humanity’s spiritual awakening.
Thereafter he published books such as The Robot’s Rebellion (1994), …And the Truth Shall Set You Free (1995), The Biggest Secret (1999), and Children of the Matrix (2001), exposing how negative aliens control and persecute humanity, and gave lecture and interview series such as The Lion Sleeps No More and The Most Important Interview Ever.
1992: people found the firstKuiper Belt object（KBO）。
1993: Dr. Steven Greer began the UFO Disclosure Project.
1994: a Senate Appropriations Committee investigation showed that $40–80 billion flowed into classified programs each year, with no authority to investigate.
1995: Conversations with God was published.
1997: the Phoenix Lights UFO incident in the United States.
May 9, 2001: Dr. Steven Greer launched Phase One of the Disclosure Project at the National Press Club, encouraging more scientists, insiders, and witnesses to come forward and expose the modern human world’s greatest secret—also humanity’s first press conference aimed at the interstellar stage.
2001: after the above press conference, the world’s top hacker with suspected British government background, Gary McKinnon, was inspired to use the U.S. Department of Defense as a springboard into NASA seeking alien information; he was later locked onto and arrested while downloading classified images from NASA.
September 11, 2001: the “9/11 attacks.” People worldwide began to awaken; research into secret organizations such as the “Illuminati” and “Freemasonry” surged onto the internet; U.S. government secret departments, black projects, and black budgets were exposed.
From 2004 on, the Electronic Frontier Foundation began funding Tor (The Onion Router); the dark web began to become accessible to ordinary people, and various strange elite secrets and world insides started circulating online.
2005: the Vatican first invited top researchers to an academic conference on the possibility of extraterrestrial life.
March 22, 2007: France’s national space agency published France’s UFO archives on a website that day—more than 1,600 sightings over the past fifty years. This made France the first country to open its UFO archives.
April 2007: a netizen named “retiredafb” began uploading a series of “Apollo 20” videos on YouTube, causing a huge sensation; the videos showed a massive lunar spacecraft and a three-eyed female corpse brought back by U.S. astronauts.
2007: former U.S. astronaut and “sixth man on the Moon” Edgar Mitchell, in an interview, first revealed how his beliefs had changed [Moon landing memoir: Edgar Mitchell—from astronaut to metaphysician].
February 2008: the United Nations held a historic joint closed meeting (discussing aliens), then decided to release all alien archives; Britain, France, and European countries released all information; sixty years of skeptics were left speechless and thoroughly defeated.
Reportedly, Archbishop Celestino Migliore, the Vatican’s permanent representative to the UN, and other senior government officials took part in discussing the growing number of UFO sightings and the social implications of alien visitation.
Migliore’s position gave him close ties to the Pontifical Academy of Sciences. At the UN closed meeting, Migliore delivered a report on scientific issues such as climate change and related moral questions.
Most importantly, the UN closed meeting reportedly reached a new disclosure policy that about 30 countries would begin implementing in 2009.
Another important figure at the UN closed meeting was Sir John Sawers, Britain’s permanent representative to the UN. Sawers was subsequently appointed head of Britain’s renowned Secret Intelligence Service (MI6). Appointing a diplomat as intelligence chief was highly unusual.
The BBC said: appointing someone recently engaged in diplomacy as intelligence chief was a break with tradition. Considered alongside the February UN meeting, it may have been because MI6 would thereafter need Sawers’s diplomatic skills in handling UFO disclosure and eventual alien disclosure.
From 2008 on, Britain’s Ministry of Defence successively released UFO archives.
May 2008: Father Funes wrote in L’Osservatore Romano that believing there are beings in the universe smarter than humans does not contradict Catholic faith.
This was the first time the Catholic Church’s official newspaper made such a statement.
2008: President Bush reclaimed management of Area 51 and handed it to the Department of Defense.
January 22, 2009: UFO: The Greatest Story Ever Denied II – Moon Rising was released.
April 2009: before his death, Michael Jackson called on everyone to pay attention to 2012.

Late 2009: Obama prepared to disclose information about aliens, then was blocked for national-security reasons.
February 2010: the Anglo-Saxon Mission was leaked to Project Camelot, making Project Camelot famous across the internet.
2005: a top-secret British Freemason meeting.
October 1, 2010: Chang’e-2 launched; afterward the Chang’e-2 lunar display system showed spacecraft on the Moon—the link is now closed.
2011: NASA discovered a 35-meter-diameter hole on Mars’s Pavonis Mons (not disclosed publicly until 2020).
October 28, 2011: in a video uploaded to YouTube, former NASA astronaut and Princeton physics professor Dr. Brian O’Leary said: “There is a great deal of evidence that we have already made contact with aliens, and that aliens have been observing humanity for a long time. Their appearance is stranger than we imagine.” Those aliens use mind technology, toroid thrusters, and co-rotating magnetic disk engines, producing the flight phenomena unique to flying saucers.
November 11, 2011: the film Thrive was released.
July 12, 2012: Britain’s Ministry of Defence released thousands of pages of government secret archives recording 30 years of UFO research, and also introduced the British government’s UFO desk and former Prime Minister Blair’s UFO policy.
March–May 2013: Dr. Richard Dolan interviewed a former CIA agent—“[Citizen Hearing on Disclosure] A dying former CIA agent tells all.” (Age 77 at the time of the interview.)
April 29, 2013: Steven Greer launched Phase Three of the Disclosure Project and the [Citizen Hearing on Disclosure] held in Washington, D.C.
August 15, 2013: the U.S. government for the first time acknowledged the existence of “Area 51” in declassified documents.
September 20, 2013: the extraterrestrial-civilization research site Sirius Disclosure released an interview video with former NASA astronaut Gordon Cooper.
Cooper said: “I think they’re afraid of panic if the world knew the truth, so they cover old lies with new ones—and now they don’t know how to cover up the truth anymore, because there are simply too many alien spacecraft flying around.”
Cooper was a space engineer who took part in Mercury Atlas 9, Gemini 5, and other space missions.
January 2014: former Canadian Defence Minister Paul Hellyer, interviewed on RT’s SophieCo, accused many national leaders of deliberately concealing from the public the truth that aliens exist.
