William Rutledge, who says he commanded the secret Apollo 20 mission, has offered new video that he claims shows an alien spacecraft about four kilometers long on the far side of the Moon. The footage includes Apollo 15 images and a flyover of a cigar-shaped unknown object. Despite some mix-up with Apollo 11 audio, the material is presented as support for his claim.

A YouTube user calling himself William Rutledge claims he flew on a secret Apollo 20 Moon mission in 1976 and offers startling details of Apollo 18 through 20. He says the Apollo-Soyuz Test Project was really the American Apollo 18, and that Apollo 19 failed with the loss of its crew. He also claims a role in the KH-11 reconnaissance-satellite program.
